All ticket sales will be conducted during the Parade at our
central check-in location in the new Summit Creek development.
Before visiting your first home,
please visit our Summit Creek tent
to purchase a ticket.
You will receive a day pass, home directions, and materials to vote
for the 2020 “People’s Choice” winner. Each ticket can be used for the
duration of the weekend but is required to enter each home.
DIRECTIONS TO THE START LOCATION
Traveling from 31W, take Ring Road west toward Severns Valley Baptist Church.
At the intersection, turn right onto Patriot Parkway. Continue straight for one mile,
then turn left onto Rineyville Road (1600). Summit Creek will be immediately on
your left. Follow the signage to our Parade of Homes check-in location.
2020 Parade of Homes
The Lincoln Trail Home Builders Association invites you to the 2020 Parade of Homes.
This annual event showcases the latest in building trends, technology, and home design.
Each Parade of Homes location is newly built by a Registered Builder or
Remodelor and demonstrates an updated look at area craftsmanship.
