Smith Family Homes Inc. is owned by registered Builder and 2020 President Elect of the Lincoln Trail Home Builders Association, Clay Smith, and his wife Mary Smith. They are a family-owned business and have been in business since 2005. Their motto is "Where Memories are Built." The couple has been married 19 years with 6 children and two dogs.

 

Smith Family Homes is a custom builder offering Custom Homes, Spec Homes, Remodels, Foundations throughout Hardin, Larue, and Meade Counties. In addition, the offer the option to build Energy Smart Homes.

 

Clay's previous titles include 2019 LTHBA Vice President, 2015 LTHBA President, 2014 LTHBA Vice President and 2015 HBAK State Director.
